Bodybalance Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic Ltd are proud to be the first clinic in Hertfordshire to offer this new Ante and Post Natal Educational Exercise Programme run by Chartered Physiotherapists.
Nicki, Chantal and Julie are all qualified instructors and are running courses at Fitness First in Stevenage, Hertfordshire Sports Village in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and Harpenden.
FitBack & Bumps brings mums and mums-to-be together to share pregnancy experiences and will help you to:
- Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy
- Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
- Improve your posture
- Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
- Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
- Make new friends and share your pregnancy experiences
- Pick the brains of Chartered Physiotherapists about your pregnancy related aches and pains
Each Ante and Post Natal Programme consists of 4 classes incorporating exercises and stretches with different topics being discussed each week including exercising safely during and after your pregnancy; the pelvis floor; regaining your core; physical preparation for labour and more..
In order to allow you have excellent supervision from the instructor course numbers are limited to a maximum of 8 mums or mums-to-be.
Participants will recieve a FitBack & Bumps Pack containing information cards, exercise cards and a gym ball enabling you to continue the exercises at home or at the gym.
DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A GOVERNMENT PREGNANCY GRANT ?.... YOU COULD USE THIS TO PAY FOR YOUR PROGRAMME.
